A great running, great looking embroidery job all begins with a great design. That is what we have been providing our customers for many years. Our Contract Embroidery Services reflect our "Higher Standards" and showcase embroidery the way it should be, beautifully sewn, correctly placed, and hand finished. With set pricing, and quality you can count on, Our services will make your customers AND your bottom line happy! We are Ken and Lori Billen. Lori has been in the embroidery industry for 22 years and actively digitizing for 20 years. Together we have 30 years combined experience in embroidery. We are passionate about embroidery and are always available for questions and to help with your design or embroidery needs. As our customer you can contact us anytime regarding your design questions. Lori is the one doing your digitizing personally, no middle men, and we stand behind our work 100%. We can provide formats for all commercial machines and most home machines as well. We use Tajima's DG/ML X2 by Pulse Maestro Digitizing software. If you are a pulse user you will also be provided your "outline" POF, PED, or PXF file, with your embroidery file and your sewout on correct fabric. All our customers enjoy the confidentiality and ethics of our contract services, your files and orders are held strictly confidential and are yours alone to access. We archive perpetually so you can request additional copies of your files anytime you need them. We use only Madeira threads with over 200 colors currently in our inventory, and the highest caliber of backings and toppings to ensure that our embroidery is always the best available.
